What the monthly package includes
For new online subscriptions, mono-pitch roof, flat roof, and louvred pergola configurators are included in Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. These three base configurators carry no additional license fee.

Compare package features and users
- Basic: configurator, company portal, projects, AR, and publication via the standard Terrace3D link. Price calculation, quote creation, and quote PDFs are not included.
- Pro and Enterprise: price calculation, quote creation, and quote PDFs, as well as publication on your own company subdomain and sending through your business email after technical setup.
- Additional users: check the seats included in the package and the separately listed costs for further users.
- Quotas: monthly creation and permanently stored projects or quotes are different limits. The values for your package and company account are authoritative.
An ordered scope and its technical activation are separate steps. Terrace3D sets up the company account, users, and agreed access.
Additional configurators and services
Other configurators may be offered additionally when available. Any one-time license fee is listed separately before ordering; it does not apply to the three included base configurators.
Additional users and monthly services increase the recurring amount when ordered. One-time services are identified as such. Check both the amount due now and the future monthly total.
What is agreed separately
Profile, product, and price settings, along with work on your existing website, are not automatically commissioned setup services. Authorized users can manage supported settings themselves or commission separate assistance on an hourly basis.
- Prepare model variants, profile dimensions, colors, product options, and technical limits with the necessary expertise.
- Have price lists entered, prepared, or adjusted.
- Have a domain, publication address, button, or iframe set up on the company website.
- Agree on individual product logic, interfaces, integrations, or other custom development.
The scope, hourly rate, and estimated time are agreed before an hourly service begins. Individual development and additional setup for Enterprise are offered separately and invoiced outside this website.
First payment and monthly billing period
Unless a promotion is listed separately, the first monthly amount covers a full billing period. For new online subscriptions, this period begins with the confirmed first successful payment. Monthly amounts are then collected automatically at the start of the next individual billing period.
Dates shown before confirmation may be provisional. Check the confirmed dates in your order and later under Contract & access. Existing calendar-based subscriptions retain their agreed billing arrangements.
- Check the current payment amount, one-time line items, and future monthly amount.
- Prices on the home page exclude VAT; the order summary shows the applicable tax and total amount.
- Returning from the payment page does not yet mean that payment is confirmed or the account is already activated.
Package and user costs before the next step
The overview separates the package price, additional users, and VAT. It explains the monthly amount and the start of the billing period after the confirmed first payment. View with sample data.
Promotions and vouchers, if offered
If the order offers a promotion or voucher field, apply the code before completing it and check the recalculated summary. Entering a code alone does not confirm a discount.
For a listed promotion, the amount due now, any free period, the confirmed promotion end, and the regular monthly amount applying afterward are authoritative. Provisioning may require verified setup of a payment method and, where applicable, a confirmed one-time payment.
Do not treat provisional promotion dates as confirmed contract dates. After completion, check the actual details of your order and contract.
Provisioning and Enterprise
- Basic and Pro: software environment ready within 24 hours of confirmed payment; an explicitly listed promotion is subject to the conditions stated there.
- Enterprise: the activation date for the account and ordered server environment is agreed with you individually.
- Discuss an Enterprise project with Terrace3D before ordering and order only once the scope and implementation are agreed and the project is ready for publication.
- The provisioning deadline covers the account and ordered environment. Individual development, data maintenance, and additionally commissioned settings work are scheduled separately.
Existing contracts and payment schedules
Existing contracts retain their agreed prices, license line items, terms, and payment schedules. The current package presentation does not retroactively change saved contract terms.
If your contract includes setup installments or manually agreed payments, compare the relevant invoice line items with that saved payment schedule. The terms of new online subscriptions do not automatically apply to them.
- Before comparing packages, check your own contract and its valid documents.
- When placing a later order, check the additional scope and any contract addendum.
- Clarify unclear amounts through Support using the order, contract, or invoice reference.
